Here are the steps to complete your TOP to TOP (Send Cash) via Mobile number.

Step 1:

On the home screen, tap TOP to TOP.

Step 2:

Fill in the amount, receiver’s mobile number, select purpose (the purpose is optional; you can skip this part), then tap “Proceed.”

Note: You can save your filled-in information by tapping the star icon beside the mobile number field.

Step 3:

Confirm details, tick the box, and tap “Pay.”

Note: Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with your transaction. Once submitted, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.

Step 4:

The “Transaction Complete!” screen will appear.

Note: To download the receipt, tap “Download Receipt” at the bottom of the screen.

Step 5:

You will receive an SMS and email regarding the status of your transaction. You can also view your activity in the app’s Transaction History.
