Step 1:
Your contact details must be in the sender’s phonebook.
Step 2:
You will receive an SMS from TOP.ph regarding the cash sent, including the amount, date, time, your new balance, and the reference number.
Step 3:
You can also check if you have received the fund when you log in to your TOP.PH account.
Here’s how:
– Launch your TOP.ph app.
– Under the homepage navigation bar, tap the inbox icon. The transaction history screen will appear, and you can view the posting of the received cash.
