Follow these steps to Cash Out to UCPB Savings Bank, Inc.
Step 1: Log in to your TOP.ph app.
Step 2: From the homepage, tap “Cash Out.”
Step 3: Tap “View all” to see all the bank partners.
Step 4: Select UCPB Savings Bank, Inc. as your preferred bank partner.
Step 5: Input your UCPB Savings Bank, Inc. details and select the purpose of your transaction. Tap “Proceed.”
Note: You can save this account for easier access. Tap “Save this account.”
Step 6: You will be redirected to Confirm Details; tick the box icon to confirm all details are true and correct before proceeding with your transaction—tap “Cash Out.”
Note: Once submitted, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.
Step 7: Enter the OTP and tap “Submit.”
Step 8: A screen will appear that shows a successful transaction.
Note: You can download your receipt to have a copy.
Step 9: You will receive an SMS from TOP.ph that your Cash Out is successful.
Step 10: You will receive an SMS from UCPB Savings Bank, Inc. that your transferred money was received.
