2. Why do I keep getting rejected after submitting my application?
Here are the reasons why users’ applications are rejected:
Blurry image: The ID image is not clear, making the details not readable.
Glitches or Distortions: The ID image may have glitches, distortions, or visual artifacts that affect its legibility.
Incomplete Information: The ID may not contain all the required information, such as missing personal details or a photo.
Expired ID: The ID may be past its validity date and no longer valid.
Forgery or Tampering: The ID may show signs of fraud or tampering, such as altered information or a counterfeit appearance.
Mismatched Information: The information on the ID does not match the provided user details or the database records.
ID & Liveliness should match.
3. What will I do if I did not receive the OTP (One-Time-Pin) or verification code?
Here are the things you need to do when you still have not received your OTP (One-Time-Password)
a. Check your network signal.
b. Check your spam message.
c. Kindly uninstall and then reinstall your TOP.ph.
If these three steps do not work, you may submit a ticket to raise your concern to support.top.ph.
4. Can I still use the app even without a valid ID?
You must provide a valid ID during account validation to enjoy TOP.ph’s full features.
5. Why do you require so much information?
TOP.ph requires each user’s information to be verified in order to prevent fraud and comply with the regulations of the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
