Here are the steps to complete your Cash Out.
Step 1: On the home screen, tap Cash Out.
Step 2: Tap view all in the E-wallet section and select your desired Cash Out channel.
Step 3: You will be directed to your selected Cash Out channel screen. Fill in the needed information and tap “Proceed.”
Note: You can save your filled-in information by tapping the star icon beside the “Save this template as favorite.”
Step 4: Confirm details, tick the box, and tap “Cash Out.”
Step 5: After completing the payment, you will automatically receive an E-Receipt from TOP.ph, which you can share and download. Additionally, notifications will be sent to you via SMS and email.
