To create your TOP.ph account, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Launch your TOP.ph app and tap “Sign Up.”
Step 2:
Enter your desired username, mobile number, email address, and password, then tap “Next.”
Note: By tapping “Next” you agree to The Orange Company Inc. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Step 3:
Verify the accuracy of your information, then tap “Confirm.”
Step 4:
An OTP will be sent to the mobile number you provided. Enter the OTP, then tap “Verify.”
Step 5:
You have successfully verified your mobile number.
Step 6:
You will be redirected to the homepage to activate your biometrics, then tap “Activate Biometrics.”
Note: You can skip these steps, but we recommend activating your biometrics to access your accounts easily.
Step 7:
Input a valid email address and tap “Verify my email.”
Step 8:
Your registered email address will receive a verification link; tap “Go to email” to find the “Verify Email.”
Step 9:
You have successfully verified your email address.
Step 10:
Once your sign-up has been approved, you will be redirected to the homepage to complete “Account Validation.”
