Here are the steps to update your email address with TOP.ph:
Step 1: On your home screen, tap the profile icon.
Step 2: Tap the ‘Service’ button.
Step 3: On the Profile Request screen, select ‘Change your email address.’
Step 4: You will be directed to the Terms and Conditions. Toggle the box and tap ‘Proceed.’
Step 5: Read the Liveness guidelines, then tap ‘Start Liveness Check.’
Step 6: Perform a liveness check to verify your identity.
Step 7: Once verified, you may enter your new email address. Then tap ‘Next.’
Step 8: Input the code you receive at your registered email address.
Step 9: A successful message that says “You have successfully changed email address” will appear once you tapped ‘Verify.’
Step 10: Once you tap “Okay,” you will be automatically logged out.

Note: You can only update your email address after 90 days. The new email address will be used for all emails, newsletters, SMS, and other transaction-related activities.
