How do I change my mobile number

Here are the steps to update your mobile number with TOP.ph:

 

Step 1: On your home screen, tap the profile icon.

Step 2: Tap the ‘Service’ button.

Step 3: On the Profile Request screen, select ‘Change your mobile number.’

Step 4: You will be directed to the Terms and Conditions. Toggle the box and tap ‘Proceed.’

Step 5: Read the Liveness guidelines, then tap ‘Start Liveness Check.’

Step 6: Perform a liveness check to verify your identity.

Step 7: Once verified, you may enter your new mobile number. Then tap ‘Next.’

Step 8: Input the code you receive at your registered mobile number.

Step 9: A successful message that says “You have successfully changed your mobile number” will appear once you tap ‘Verify.’

Step 10: Once you tap “Okay,” you will be automatically logged out.

Note: You can only update your mobile number after 90 days. The new mobile number will be used for all emails, newsletters, SMS, and other transaction-related activities.
