Here are the steps on how you can purchase tickets with TOP.ph
Step 1:
On your home screen, tap the “Bulb” icon at the bottom.
Step 2:
Tap “Lifestyle.” Then select “Concert.”
Step 3:
Select or search for the desired show you want to purchase.
Step 4:
Add the quantity of tickets, then tap “Add to Crate.”
Note: You will see a message on the screen saying, “Adding to your crate.”
Step 5:
Tap “View Crate.” Then, “Proceed to Payment.”
Step 6:
You will be directed to the Payment Details screen; tap “Payment Method.”
Step 7:
Select the payment method you want to use. Then tap “Pay.”
Step 8:
Confirm the details and tap “Pay.”
Note: Please ensure all details are correct before proceeding with your transaction. Once submitted, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded.
Step 9:
A “Transaction Complete” screen will appear once you tap “Pay (amount).” You will receive an SMS and email regarding the status of your transaction. You can also view your activity in the app’s Transaction History.
