Here are the steps to redeem tickets with TOP.ph
Step 1:
On your home screen, tap the “Bulb” icon at the bottom.
Step 2:
You will be directed to the “Topics” screen. Tap the “QR Hub” icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 3:
On the QR Hub screen, tap “My Access Codes” to view your purchased tickets.
Step 5:
Select the QR/ticket you want to redeem.
Step 6:
Copy the access code. Then tap the “Redeem ticket.”
Step 7:
Fill in the needed information and tap “Redeem.”
Note: You will see a prompt message that says, “You have successfully redeemed tickets”
