How to validate your account (KYC)

Follow these steps to validate your account.

Step 1: Upon logging in, a “Validate your account” message will pop up.

Step 2: Tap the “Validate Account.”

Step 3: Select the ID type to upload and Tap “Proceed.”

Step 4: Scan the front side of your “Valid ID.”

Step 5: Scan the back of your “Valid ID,” then wait to verify it.

Step 6: Following successful validation, you will be directed to the liveness check. Then tap “Start!” and follow the instructions to complete the process.
Note: Your ID and Face detection should match to proceed to the next steps.

Step 7: Once matched, your details will auto-fill information from your Valid ID, then tap “Next.”

Step 8: Fill in your contact details, including your present address, and tap “Next.”

Step 9: Fill in your employment details, then tap “Next.”

Step 10: Ensure all information is accurate and correct, and you agree with our Terms and Conditions before you tick the box and tap “Submit.’

Step 11: You will choose “do e-signature or upload an image of your signature.” Tap “Do e-signature.”

Step 12: You will be redirected to the designated box to sign. Tap “Done.”

Step 13: Once you sign, tap “Submit application.”

Step 14: You have successfully submitted your account validation and await approval within 24 hrs.
