If you missed yesterday’s SIM registration deadline, there is no need to worry. According to the SIM Registration Act’s implementing rules and regulations, you still have a five-day grace period to comply with the law. You have until July 30, 2023, to register and reactivate your SIM.

Although your outgoing services, incoming calls, and internet connectivity may have been deactivated, you can still receive text messages to receive the one-time PIN for SIM registration.

Failure to reactivate during this time will result in permanent deactivation, which means that all services, including incoming and outgoing text messages, calls, and mobile data connectivity, will no longer be available. This could also impact access to active mobile applications with an OTP security feature like TOP.PH. From July 31, 2023, any remaining load balances and promotions on unregistered SIM cards will be forfeited. If you have a deactivated SIM and require mobile services, you must buy and register a new SIM card for activation.

This is your last chance to register your SIM cards and ensure uninterrupted mobile services. We urge TOP.PH users to take immediate action to avoid permanent deactivation of their services. We care about your convenience and want to ensure that you continue to enjoy our services without any interruptions.

To reactivate your SIM and restore complete mobile services, connect to a WiFi network and visit your mobile service provider’s website. Alternatively, you can visit your telco provider’s hubs and have your SIM reactivated there. You can also scan the QR codes below and be redirected to your telco’s reactivation sites. Hope this helps!
