Sending cash from TOP.ph to TOP.ph users is free of charge.
3. Can I send cash to a non-registered mobile number with TOP.ph?
No, you can only send cash to a TOP.ph registered mobile number.
4. Can I use TOP to TOP to send funds to other e-wallets?
No, but you can use the Cash Out feature to cash out from your TOP.ph app to other e-wallets and bank partners.
5. I sent money to another user, but the app still shows the ‘Processing’ screen. Then, I received an SMS from TOP.ph stating that my transaction was successful. What is the actual “Send Cash” status?
If your transaction is successfully sent, you will receive a confirmation SMS and an email with the transaction receipt from TOP.ph. The Transaction History feature can also show your transactions.
6. Someone sent me money, but I did not receive the funds, and the amount does not show in my wallet; what should I do?
If you still haven’t received the funds after 24 hours, log on to support.top.ph, click the “Report an Issue” tab, and input your information and concerns in the description box. It would also help if you could provide a screenshot of your concern by adding an attachment.
7. I input the wrong mobile number when I sent cash. What will I do?
Ensure that you have filled in the correct number before confirming the transaction. TOP.ph is not liable for erroneous entries that result in disputes or losses.
