Step 1:
Tap Log in.
Step 2:
Tap “Reset Password.”
Step 3:
Enter your username and tap “Proceed.”
Note: For forgotten usernames, you can use the email or mobile number you registered on TOP.ph.
Step 4:
You will receive an OTP to your registered TOP.PH mobile number.
Reminder: Keep this OTP private from everyone.
Step 5:
You can now retype your new password.
Note: A password must have at least one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one special character, and a minimum of 10 characters. Tap “Submit.”
Step 6:
A pop-up screen will inform you that the password reset was successful.
To log in again with your new password, tap “Done.”
Note: You can now log in to your account by entering your username and new password.
