Here are the steps on how you can Pay Bills with TOP.ph
Step 1:
On the home screen, tap Pay Bills.
Step 2:
Select the biller you want to pay at the Pay Bills screen
Step 3:
You will be directed to your selected biller screen. Fill in the needed information and tap “Proceed.”
Note: You can save your filled-in information by tapping the star icon beside the “Save this template as favorite.” Then, key in your template nickname.
Step 4:
Confirm details, tick the box, and tap “Pay.”
Step 5:
A “Pending Transaction” screen will appear once you tapped “Pay (amount). You can close this screen.
Step 6:
You will receive an SMS and email regarding the status of your transaction. You can also view your activity in the app’s Transaction History.
